Terms & Conditions Top Class Mobile Detailing

 

By booking any service with Top Class Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

 

Top Class Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

* Scratches, swirl marks, dents, paint chips

* Worn or damaged interior surfaces

* Loose trim, emblems, or components

* Stains, discoloration, or fading

* Fragile or deteriorated materials

 

We document any noticeable pre-existing damage prior to service when possible. Some defects may become more visible after cleaning, polishing, or coating services.

 

Engine Bay Disclaimer Engine bay cleaning is performed carefully; however, Top Class Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing electrical, mechanical, or component issues that may arise.

 

Weather & Mobile Service Policy

 

Top Class Mobile Detailing is a fully mobile service and arrives with our own power and water supply.

 

* Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, wind, or unsafe working conditions

* We will contact you as soon as possible if weather affects your appointment

* Customer must provide safe access to vehicle and safe working conditions

 

Top Class Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unsafe conditions.

 

Vehicle Condition / Excessive Dirt Policy

 

Vehicle condition may affect service pricing and time.

 

* Excessively dirty vehicles

* Heavy pet hair

* Stains

* Biohazards

* Heavy contamination

 

May result in additional charges. Customers will be notified before proceeding whenever possible.

 

Time Estimates Service time estimates are approximate and may vary depending on:

 

* Vehicle condition

* Size of vehicle

* Level of contamination

* Services requested

 

Top Class Mobile Detailing does not guarantee exact completion times.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

* We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

* Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

* No-shows or vehicles not available at scheduled time may result in a no-show fee

* Late arrivals may require rescheduling depending on availability

 

Payment Terms

* Payment is due upon completion of service

* We accept cash, e-transfer, and other approved payment methods

* Prices may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and service time required

* Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazard cleanup

 

 Satisfaction Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied:

* You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion

* We will review the concern and offer a reasonable solution if applicable

* We do not guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, or defects

* We will not redo services for issues outside the original scope of work

 

Ceramic Coating Expectations & Warranty

 

Ceramic coatings provide protection, gloss, and easier maintenance but:

* Ceramic coatings are not scratch-proof or chip-proof

* Coatings reduce damage risk but do not prevent all paint defects

* Proper maintenance is required to maintain performance and warranty

 

Aftercare Responsibility

Customer agrees to follow proper aftercare instructions provided by Top Class Mobile Detailing. Improper washing, automatic brush washes, or neglect may reduce coating performance and void warranty.

Warranty Maintenance Requirements to maintain warranty:

* Follow recommended wash and maintenance procedures

* Avoid automatic brush car washes

* Annual maintenance or inspections may be required Failure to properly maintain the coating may void warranty coverage.

 

Personal Belongings Disclaimer

 

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to service, including:

* Glove box

* Center console

* Trunk / cargo area

* Door pockets

* Under seats

Top Class Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:

* Lost personal items

* Damaged personal items

* Items left inside vehicle during service Please ensure vehicle is emptied prior to your appointment.

 

Service Agreement:

 By booking any service with Top Class Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
